Reiki with Manika proves to be much more than just energy work. She is skillfully intuitive and has identified underlying issues with astounding accuracy, bringing insight to lived challenges and counter-productive beliefs I was previously only sub-consciously cognisant of. During a session, I could feel the intense heat of the energy she was channelling so powerfully through her hands. She has a very gentle and soothing energy. Her warm way of being and caring presence offer a healing experience in themselves. Although a session is expensive, it is certainly well-earned. Manika is very intensely attentive throughout the reiki healing (about one hour), and is generous with her time before and after the therapy too. She fosters a relaxed space before the reiki to ascertain motivations for the consultation, and debriefs after the session to relay findings and make recommendations. I consider it a worthy investment in well-being that brings holistic benefits far beyond the session. I feel gratified that I had the courage and good sense to follow through on my intuition to pursue reiki as a healing modality. I am also grateful for the good fortune of meeting Manika, because she has brought understanding to key changes I can make for personal growth and ease with life. I am still developing my sensitivity and awareness of energy, and am keen to pursue further with Tai Chi. I am appreciative of Manika’s conscious professionalism and insightful wisdom, and intend to return regularly to make the most of the opportunities for physical and psychological healing that she offers with such sincerity and dedication.
