Firstly the counter staff is also very polite and welcomed us! The salon was clean and spacious. With a welcome drink, a staff had kindly explained on the packages that we have bought and that if there were anything we would require help with e.g massage pressure and the heated eye mask we can speak to the staff directly. Laila was my assigned staff and she was really attentive to the comfort levels from the seating to the pressure and the heated water during the hair was as well. She had really soft touch which made the whole experience sooooo good. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and fall asleep!
