Affordable condo rooms. 28 square meters. Suitable for young couples and students.

The legal office is very reliable. The gym room is in poor condition, and the pool seems ok. But I hated living there, 20 m2 studio at 19th floor the building count 21th floor (so nothing to do with the condo building). Around many cheap restaurants and street food, fitness (jet21 24H) True media park really deserves a visit for its good and not so expensive restaurants (there is court food also)

edit: previous pics of the pool have been deleted... but here's some more up to date The rooms are smalls for the price despite the good location. There's only 2 (+1) elevator for such a big building. For potential buyers: don't waste your money in the common fee; swimming pool and the gym are mediocre and very badly maintained. I really can't imagine the hygiene.

Nice Condo with swimming pool and gym.. they say, but gym is very small and Has broken equpment i would better call IT room with few machines to run. The service is very good, all people work here nice, polite and very helpfull. Great pizza and pasta place run by italian guy. Loundry place, cafe, and big parking. Close to bts, and food market, nice view.

Well, place is not that bad but just wanted to leave a review of my previous owner Mr Annop, room 399. Never returned a call, messages or line after I gave my notice. Kept the integrality of my 2 months deposit without making numbers about fixing whatever was needed to be fixed. Truly a sneaky move and with 0 communication. So you rent with him but now you know where it is going, at least. And his agent is useless, always telling me she is going to give me his number, call him, make him calling me etc but after 2,5 months, of course nothing. So draw your own conclusion, people. And the pizza guy "Gracie pizza" moved out. The staff in regent orchid is rather nice that said. My part is done, hopefully it will help someone else. Cheers.

Convenient. 5 minutes walk to bts. 7/11 and eating places in neighbourhood. Mini store in condo. Plus Italian food, and a coffee house makes it great place to stay.

Fully furnished condo for rent on the 15th floor at Regent Orchid Sukhumvit 101 represents form. This high rise condo is impressively packed with a living area, a kitchen, one glamorous and serene bedroom with an attached bathroom, accommodated into 28 sqm. meters of space. Walk out balcony with a beautiful view of the cityscape.

Heads up yo! I checked about 6 or 7 condos at this building before moving in ranging from 9000THB to 12000THB depending on size ( 28 sq.m and 35 sq.m) what floor and how well equipped. I HIGHLY recommend to just go there and look downstairs at the ads and check physically the units, the women at the laundry room has the keys. If you are on the opposite side of the pool and on a high floor , consider it gets HOT much hotter than the other side of the building. * True - are NOT allowed to install satellites on this building and AIS exhausted their allowed limit in the building (as of 2016) so your options are limited for wifi/TV. Also Dtac has no reception up high... Bummer. Other than that for the price you get a decent place 5min walking to BTS and its an awesome soi for food option. Later Gator

pool is great and condo is near bts but broken equipment in gym!!! biggest problem is the gym and the upper deck above the gym called cobwork space is empty and rusty!

This is the best place at such an affordable price. Having almost every facility. - close to BTS - security (CCTV cameras) - management - swimming pool - fitness - nearby market
