LeLé Studio - Thai Original Head Spa

I got a head spa with a neck and shoulder massage. It was quite expensive and I would say a bit overpriced. The neck and shoulder massage add on was an additional 500 Baht, however, it lasted not more than 10 minutes, which I find a little ridiculous. It should have been complimentary if it was just that short. My hair and scalp feel clean and it was a lovely experience, but not sure if my hair is as soft and conditioning as it should be. It seems to be a little on the dry side. Also, they ask you to pay before receiving the treatment. I thought that was weird as they seem to present themself as a rather prestigious spa and not your random local pay now one. Overall, it was a nice place; both the atmosphere and environment, but could be better.

Before my trip I was very excited to go to LeLe Studio, but after reading the reviews I was discouraged, after trying multiple places in Bangkok I decided to give them the opportunity and attended on my last day in town. My honest review is that is not worth the hype, is very expensive, if you are Latina or have strong hair, this is not the place for a deep clean or a good blowout (they don’t do the styling, unless you pay extra). The products they use seem to be good quality, the staff was nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable and the place clean. However, the room is not private, you might have to share the room with someone else. The prices listed in their services section here are not accurate, after arriving they told me the prices listed are old, please remove it from here, is confusing. It is a standard service, I wouldn’t describe it as the best in town and wouldn’t comeback a second time.

One of the best head and neck massages ive had! The masseur was very skillful. She applied the right amount of pressure at the precise pressure point and really loosened up my tense head and neck muscles. I almost fell asleep a few times during the treatment. They also deeply cleansed my hair leaving my scalp feeling refreshed and clean. The hot presses towards the end were divine. The location is a bit away from the city center. But it was definitely worth the travel! The shop isnt very big so be sure to make your reservation ahead of time!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Lele Studio in Bangkok! I chose the „take a nap 90 Minute“ (headspa+facial,neck+shoulder) treatment, and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The treatment itself was incredible – deeply relaxing and done with so much care and attention to detail. She really took her time and put so much effort into every step, which made the whole experience feel very special and luxurious. You can truly feel how passionate she is about her work. The massage techniques were wonderful, and I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and taken care of. I highly recommend Lele Studio to anyone visiting Bangkok who wants a truly outstanding head spa experience. I will definitely come back next time I’m here! 💕💕💕

Very professional service. I arrived a bit early and I was able to sit in the reception and wait for my appointment. The staff were very kind and helpful. They were very gentle with me too and took their time. I had a lovely time here and I felt so welcome. Thank you Lele Studios! I will hopefully come back one day soon

I found this place on Instagram and was really excited to try it but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations for the price. The massage was nice which is why I’m giving 3 stars but it’s something you could easily get at a regular massage parlour for around 500 baht. Overall, it felt overpriced and more tourist trap than a true hair spa experience and my hair felt very dry afterward as if I had full beach day :((( usually my hair are soft and healthy! Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this.

Relaxing experience. I was able to sleep during the first half of the treatment. Me and my girl friend went together today and all the staffs are very friendly and nice. They let you choose the scent as well. I’m happy we went here today whilst here in Bangkok. Lovely experience! Thank you! 🥰

The hair spa is relaxing and the environment is very nice. Staff are very friendly and it is a good treatment in a hot weather in Bangkok! Highly recommended!

Recently went to LeLe studio and had high expectations due to seeing the posts on social media, but after experiencing it for myself, I wouldn’t visit a second time. Don’t get me wrong, the massage and the hair spa was comfortable. The place was clean. But it was hot and stuffy and room looked totally different from the videos on IG. Perhaps they used a special room for those IG sponsored clients. I paid almost 4000 baht for a 2 hours deep sleep spa that included facial massage, which to my horror, my makeup was completely removed. I guess it was communication error, or just a lack of experience thinking that facial massage can be done without makeup being removed. The lady who did the treatments for me did a great job, she was good at the shoulder massage and I fell asleep during the head spa too. At the end, she even helped to blow dry my hair, and lent me her eyebrow pencil. Staff at reception were completely unhelpful. Overall, I realised you can get much better service and ambience at this price so yea, do shop around. Update- Realised I cannot comment on the reply from LeLe studio. Shocked that they said they tried to look for the cosmetic item I requested for, because both the two receptionists replied immediately “Sorry we don’t have”. It was the therapist who despite not being able to speak much English, lend her personal item to me. It is definitely okay if you cannot accede to every customer’s request. But please DO NOT lie about trying to look for it. Now this is another reason to drop a star for this studio. Unbelievable. Please read all other reviews for this studio, there were other poor reviews about the service of the receptionists.

Total waste of money and time! I had such a disappointing experience here. As someone who really loves head spas, I came in with high expectations, but left frustrated. My therapist seemed inexperienced — instead of massaging with her fingertips, she scratched my scalp with her nails, which was really uncomfortable. She was also rough and careless, spraying water everywhere. The whole service felt sloppy and unprofessional. On top of that, it’s way overpriced. The cost is on par with Korean head spas, but the quality and expertise are nowhere close. *update I had a perfectly healthy scalp coming in, and after their terrible terrible head spa, my scalp became so sensitive!!! You cannot call this a head spa, this is more like an overpriced shampoo with cheap products! My least fav experience in Bangkok.
