Great service

It was a terrible massage experience. I've never encountered a masseuse who fell asleep while massaging before. It was a Thai oil massage. At first, I thought she was just tired, so I let her continue. After a while, she started falling asleep intermittently, so I looked up and saw she was completely smitten. I couldn't feel her at all while she was massaging. The shop didn't apologize at all. Before I left, I informed them that she had fallen asleep. Normally, I tip my masseuses 100 baht each time, regardless of whether the massage was good or not, because they put in their best effort. But this time, not only did I not tip, I really regretted wasting my money. I didn't take a picture of her while she was sleeping, but I think the staff would know what happened.

This was one of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. The person in the next room was talking on the phone, making a lot of noise. We reported it to the masseuse, but she didn't do anything. She didn't warn the customer not to disturb them. Instead, she told us, "Most of our customers are regulars here, so don't worry about it." So I asked the masseuse, "What do you mean? I paid for a massage, too." Finally, I couldn't stand it anymore and asked the customer, "Can you please turn the volume down a bit?" She replied, "I'm giving a massage." I replied, "Yes, I'm giving a massage, too." Then, she stopped talking. I'd like to tell the owner and the masseuse: If you run a business that only caters to regular customers and ignores new customers, you'll only get our money this once and for all. I won't recommend anyone to our place again.

This was the worst massage experience of my life 😡. I asked for a two-hour neck, shoulder, and back massage, but she spent almost two hours just touching my legs and back, not moving up to my upper body or shoulder blades. When I told her to focus on where it hurt, she ignored me and told me to be patient. How patient am I supposed to be when she's been touching my legs for an hour?! My shoulder blades and neck were incredibly sore and tense, and she kept touching my legs. Plus, her long nails were digging in and pinching my skin. I was so frustrated – it was the worst experience I've ever had. Almost two hours passed, and she finally went back to massaging my legs. I had to say, "Can you please stop massaging my legs? My upper body hurts so much. Please massage the rest of my body." I was so annoyed. Doesn't she even want to massage me? She's so insincere in her job and her clients. She should quit. I paid for a massage to relieve my pain and relax, but I wasted my money and ended up with a headache and a terrible headache from the masseuse. In the end, the neck, shoulder, and back massage only lasted 10 minutes. I couldn't take it anymore. I'm not generalizing about all masseuses, but this was my first time, and I had a terrible experience. I just want to curse her!!

The masseuses were chatting and having fun across the room!!! So annoying!!! They had no consideration for me.

They made me change clothes and wait about 40 minutes. The owner or the person at the counter was whispering to each other, "Didn't they tell customers that there would be a long wait?" When I went to ask, the owner said, "Another 10 minutes." It was terrible. Other times are important too. They want customers but they can't deceive people like this. The condition of the shop reflects the management. Absolutely awful.

Today I had a body scrub with masseuse P'Duang. The scrub was excellent, thorough, and very attentive. I highly recommend her. I'm a new customer, but I'll definitely be back for more services.
