I called to book a massage, but the staff member who answered the phone refused to take the booking and told me to call back in a day or two because I was booking too far in advance (I called on Thursday to book a massage for Sunday). The tone of voice the staff member used was also impolite. It's a shop located at the entrance of my street. I've been using their services for a long time, but I've stopped going there. I'm done with them and will try newer shops instead.

The masseuse was good. There was some pain in tense spots, but my back wasn't sore. The water used to wash my feet before the massage was cold. The masseuse talked constantly, never quieting down, which made it difficult to sleep.

The atmosphere in the shop is nice, the massage service is good, I'm impressed. They are attentive to customers. I feel much better after having back pain for a long time. The hot ginger tea is delicious.

I've been there several times. The first time was great. After that, it was terrible. The staff were incompetent. The rooms are old, musty, and not clean.

I used to use their services very often. The service and the place were good, but lately I've been unimpressed. There aren't many skilled masseurs anymore, and some of them are just giving haphazard massages. Many of the masseurs only massage the calves, causing them to ache. When massaging the back, they do a superficial, half-hearted job. Even if the masseur asks where to focus, they still end up massaging the legs. Sometimes they do things that are risky for the person being massaged, like pressing their knee against the shoulder blade, rubbing on the muscles instead of the pressure points, or pressing on the bones. I wish the shop would pay more attention to training their staff. It's a health-related service, and they shouldn't be so negligent.
