The selection of groomers was terrible. (There was a female groomer with bandages on her hand, looking unprepared for work. She kept complaining non-stop about having to fill in for someone else, which the customer should be aware of? She could bathe the cat, though; she understands cats. But the male groomer was the absolute worst.) For a bath costing almost 1000 baht, the service should have been better. As soon as the cat was put in the car, she immediately restrained it with a rope before it could even explore or struggle. (She should understand kitten behavior; their instinct is to dislike being forced. You need to be patient with them.) After restraining it, she handled my cat so roughly that it was terrified. (She pulled the base of my cat's tail until it was floating in the air. Doesn't she know how many nerve endings are in the tail? I want evidence; I have CCTV footage.) She called me in to complain that the cat was struggling and that she was pressing down on it. My boyfriend couldn't take it anymore and had to separate them, even though the cat was still wet and hadn't been dried yet because the groomer was incompetent. When it was time to pay, she charged the full price. She had no common sense about her responsibilities. Customers are willing to pay this price if the service is commensurate with the cost. But if the groomer argues incessantly after payment, it's unacceptable. She spoke in a harsh tone, saying our cat was at fault, that our cat was thrashing around. It's ridiculous. She was being rough, not patient, and didn't understand the cat's behavior herself, yet she's blaming it. She was so harsh to the customer, it was disgusting. I've blocked her on LINE now. I got my money back, but my feelings are completely ruined. 🙄👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
