MG Top 3 Samphran

Worst dealership ever! Showroom new but hot (they turn in fan... Seriously) They will use whatever tactics to make you spend rather then give you service. (One guy told.my wife that our manufacturer warranty is not valid as we didn't service every 6 months) the car is 1.2 years old (we missed by 2 as we drove less the 2k. We had 200 baht stolen from the car. Once I called the call center as I didn't agree with their decision they got so aggressive. Credit card is not an option here. Cash or transfer only. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! you have been warned.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with my MG EV car, as it had a water leakage issue in the front seat due to a broken zircon drain tube. To my disappointment, the MG Ratchapreuk service center informed me that I would have to wait for a month to get my car fixed. Frustrated with the long queue, I decided to give the MG Top 3 Samphran a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. Upon visiting the MG Top 3 Samphran, I found that everything went smoothly and efficiently. The staff at the center were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my car was fixed within just a few hours. The waiting area was also comfortable and cozy, with a fantastic view of the car repair area. Moreover, the center provided beverages and snacks, such as popcorn and instant noodles, which were a nice touch. Additionally, they even had a free massage chair available, allowing customers to relax while waiting for their cars to be serviced. Overall, my experience at the MG Top 3 Samphran was excellent. Their prompt and efficient service, coupled with the friendly staff and comfortable waiting area, made the whole process convenient and pleasant. I highly recommend this service center to anyone in need of efficient car repairs and a pleasant customer experience.
