From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by a clean, calm, and relaxing atmosphere, with very friendly and professional staff. The therapists are highly skilled and truly know how to tailor the massage to your needs. I chose a traditional Thai massage and it was excellent — strong where needed, relaxing, and incredibly effective at relieving muscle tension and stress. You can really feel the experience and care in every movement. Prices are very reasonable for the high quality of service provided, making it amazing value for money. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which adds a lot to the overall experience. We visited this massage shop as a couple. Before the massage, the staff showed us a price list and clearly told us the price was 250 THB per person for shoulder and foot massage. Based on this information, we expected to pay 500 THB in total. However, after the massage was finished, we were unexpectedly charged 800 THB. No one informed us in advance that additional therapists would be involved or that extra charges would apply. Only after I questioned the bill was I told that four therapists had worked with us. This information should have been clearly explained before the service started, not after it ended. I paid the amount requested, but I declined to leave a tip because the final price was different from what had been agreed upon. Transparency and honest pricing are very important. Customers should know exactly what they will be charged before receiving any service. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling misled and disappointed.

Wow as a repeat customer will never return to location again, the quality of service drop dramatically, will not listen to what customer request. A simple request as even to adjust the pressure to be higher still wont adjust. Hopefully management can the adjust its employees attitude. With this much competition if owner or management don't care about quality of its service then if business fail don't be to surprised.

Enjoyed my foot massage by Poppy. Clean, quiet and comfortable shop with professional and friendly massage therapists. Great place to get a massage after visiting one of the complex's top rated restaurants.

Be careful when you come into massage store, keep your personal belonging safe. I got stolen around 12,000 baht here just because I put my wallet on the basket.

It was very noisy. The staff didn't tell customers to be quiet. If you want to relax, this might not be the best choice. There were a lot of phone calls and conversations.
