I've had massages there twice. The third time was terrible. The masseuse had body odor, the massage was bad, and it didn't hit the right spots; it was like she wasn't trying hard. If she doesn't want to massage women, she should put up a sign so people won't come. I even tipped her.

They kept chatting and didn't give us a proper massage; the massage was very light.

Very Bad Personal

One of the worst massages of my life. I've had hundreds of massages in and outside of Thailand. My body was not treated well here. Despite repeatedly indicating where she should be careful, my wishes were ignored; instead, the masseuse and her colleague laughed at me. Stay away from this salon if you value your body.

Service should be provided wholeheartedly, without discrimination between Thai or foreign customers. If you are not comfortable with a particular service, you can simply inform the customer, instead of resorting to impolite behavior and language. The tone and demeanor were disrespectful. We are paying customers seeking relaxation; we are not asking for a free massage. We understand that each masseuse has a different massage technique—some massage strongly, others gently—and we understand you may be tired from work. However, you should differentiate between us, the customers, and the service we are receiving. We are not asking for free service. Please investigate this matter. Such behavior from one ill-mannered employee is damaging to your business's reputation and is not worth the cost. I have been to this massage parlor many times before, and the previous staff were lovely, provided good massages, and were polite. This time, I am extremely disappointed and may not return because of this negative experience.

On March 27, 2026, we went for a back & shoulder massage around 11:00 PM. The first thing we did was, the masseuse was extremely rude. She seemed to be whispering to her friend, as if she didn't want to massage us. She was also rude when telling us to change clothes, even though we asked politely. After that, the massage itself was terrible; the masseuse was inexperienced, and the service was awful. I'm writing this much feedback so the shop should know which employee it is. If you keep someone like this, you'll lose a lot of customers. We just wanted to relax and relieve fatigue; we weren't asking for a free massage. We weren't expecting million-dollar service; we just wanted to avoid being treated like we weren't paying. I understand that massage skills vary, but what I was most dissatisfied with was the service. We spoke politely and respectfully, but her response was very condescending. I left after less than an hour because I couldn't tolerate her behavior. The shop should reconsider hiring one employee who made a customer feel this bad. P.S. We've been to this massage shop many times before, and each time the service was excellent. We always tipped everyone after the massage, even if the massage wasn't to our liking, because we understand it's part of the service. This experience was terrible. Beware if you're going for a massage; you might end up like me. I told the salon about it as soon as I left the massage room, and they apologized and said they would warn the employee. However, today I'm still in pain from the massage, and I feel really disappointed. I wasted money on relaxation, and instead of feeling better, I felt worse. I also feel terrible about their actions. That's why I decided to post this. There wasn't even a single apology from the employee. 😒

Not all massage therapists are good at massage, especially the older woman with short hair.

The massage therapist was very skilled and the massage was very comfortable. I think her name was Ah Zhu. I highly recommend her; she's affordable.
