I had the worst massage experience at this place, and it completely ruined my day. The therapist I was assigned was massaging extremely slow and lacked basic massage technique. When I politely asked her to speed up a bit, she replied, “Every massager has different style and I’m the slow massager.” That kind of response is unacceptable, especially when customer is clearly dissatisfied. Then I asked to switch to another therapist, but was told there was nobody available which I don’t believe because I saw bunch of therapists were sitting outside. On top of that, the massage room was pretty humid and barely air conditioned, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, during the back massage she repeatedly pushed down on the center of my spine bone instead of the muscles. I WAS HURTING!! I can’t believe I had to correct her technique during the session. Now I understand why they make you pay first before the massage, unlike most other places where you pay after. Once you paid, you can’t stop the session or ask for a change even if the massage is terrible. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your money sweating in a stuffy room while teaching someone how to do their job.

The masseurs were polite and okay, but the massage itself could have been better. The place was clean and relaxing, but it was a bit more expensive compared to other massage salons across the street. I expected more for the price, so overall it was a bit disappointing.

Friendly staff with professional massages in a clean environment. It's the biggest massage chain in Pattaya with good and affordable prices.

This is the worst massage I have ever had. Their attitude is very rude, and when I asked to change to masseur to apply more strengths, she said very reluctant and gave me a unhappy look. And i was shock when i told the counter manager, she said I can go opposite shop if i am not happy." The shop was not busy at that point in time. Both the masseur and the counter manager were very rude. Don't be misleading by the outlook renovation of this shop. The staff doesn't reflect the outlook of this shop. Very disappointing.

Worst place of massage ever! Recommend other places 1. The massage empolyees keep chatting and have no skills 2. Unclean changing clothes, you can feel that they are recycling the clothes(not washing) I had 2 hours of Thai massage, the bed and acondition is not cool enough, you can feel the sweat from employee’s hand. I know it’s random to meet good massager but most them are very rude and you can feel that they only care for money. Better to spend that money on Mangos Still gave them a tip, they count the tips front of me and looked at me What da hell?? They need training for customers Bad experience

Best massage. Worst staff manner! We arrived 11:00 Monday and see the sign turned close. We get inside to ask the staff when will they open. The staff shouted at me and my mother that WE ARE CLOSE! Used to be my favorite massage but now I'm done.

I do not recommend this place for foot massage! Terrible experience!

Place was neat, we went there for foot massage along with my husband. The therapist are constantly chit chatting and the therapist who did foot massage for me was average but the one who did foot massage for my husband was good, I think it all depend on who your therapist is. Morning they open up after 12 only and they close around 11.
