This place is new and very convenient for customers. There are some food ( frozen food also reheat here ) snacks, coffee and drinks provided. The staffs in every sections take very good care of you. I like here and will come back.

The service staff is excellent, and the waiting area is spacious, airy, and comfortable. I could sit in a massage chair while waiting. The housekeeping staff were kind and offered coffee and food. I recommend using their Theparak branch.

I always get my car serviced here, and the service used to be excellent. Now it seems to be declining. I used to see a staff member who was always smiling and welcoming. Now, it's unbearable. I waited for 30 minutes for the service report, and when she finally brought it, she didn't explain anything. She just stood there waiting for me to sign the documents. She didn't even ask about the tire pressure. It's like she's not ready to provide service. Besides routine checks, shouldn't they also check other things? Because sometimes drivers aren't aware of what might be wrong.
