My first time trying Thai traditional medicine, and I was very impressed. I had symptoms of feeling full after eating just a little, constipation, bloating, shortness of breath, and a pot belly (the doctor said I'm a teenager who doesn't get enough sleep 😂). My face looked tired. The doctor gave me a muscle relaxation massage with oil; it felt like my soul was being sucked out of my body. This was followed by chiropractic adjustments, which made me feel incredibly relieved. There was also a herbal burning treatment to reduce gas in my stomach. I had a skin rash and itching problem. I came for treatment to restore lymphatic balance. This involved a detoxifying herbal steam bath to cleanse toxins from the body. During the steam bath, I sweated a lot! After the bath, the itchy skin areas improved, and the red patches faded noticeably. The masseuse massaged my abdomen, restoring balance and making me feel lighter. I'm waiting to see if the doctor prescribes medication to treat the lymphatic issues. I'll come back for another review later.
