Good Hand Thai Massage

The massage therapist was great; it was very relaxing.

Absolutely do not go there. It is expensive. Putting the money aside, they have absolutely no service mindset. Also, my baby peed while playing outside (not even inside the store), so I asked if I could use the shower room. They laughed amongst themselves and told me to go to the restroom in a sarcastic tone. When I asked for at least some soap, they acted as if it was in the restroom. So when I said I would pay to use it, they happily agreed. Putting the money aside, if I had spoken kindly, they would have been nice even if it cost money... Absolutely avoid this place.

Unfriendly, not recommended, not an authentic Thai massage

The massage was terrible, like they had no experience.

My back hurts and I asked if I could have 30 minutes massage. The Front desk and massage lady kindly offered for 400 bath. I entered the premises and thereafter a very unfriendly Manager came and with almost aggressive tone said they could only do 1 hour. I tried to challenge her in a kind way, but she persisted in an unfriendly manner. Result being my back still ache (I only had 30 minute’s available) and they lost a customer and got a lousy review. There were no other customers there. Disappointed.

I visited this massage shop around 7:30 PM with my family (4 people) for a 1-hour Thai massage. My father had 24,000 baht in his wallet inside a crossbody bag, kept next to his shoulder during the session. He did not spend any cash that day. After returning to the hotel, we found only 1,800 baht remaining. During the massage, my father noticed suspicious behavior from the therapist. She sometimes used only one hand, covered his bag with a towel, talked to herself, and turned his head away when he tried to look toward his bag. He also heard sounds like handling banknotes. The next day, we reported the case to the police and returned to the shop with official documents to request CCTV footage. The therapist clearly stated (and we recorded this call) that she never left the room. However, after I personally reviewed the CCTV, I confirmed that she left the room for about 2 minutes. Despite this, she initially denied it and later changed her statement. The shop and owner were very uncooperative. There was no apology, and they refused to provide the original CCTV footage, only sending an 8x fast-forwarded video. During this second visit (when we went back to report the incident, not for a massage), we also noticed multiple small cockroaches crawling on the floor, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Because there is no CCTV inside the massage room, we could not confirm exactly what happened, and we were unable to recover the money. We spent a lot of time dealing with police and this issue during our family trip. I cannot say exactly what happened, but based on this experience, I strongly advise customers to be extremely careful with their belongings and reconsider visiting this place.
