I'm having a problem with my dorm manager, who's also a tomboy. I left my shoes outside my room for less than 30 minutes, and instead of knocking, she threw them in the trash. When I called to ask, she spoke rudely. I just asked where my shoes went, that's all. She said, "If you're unhappy, you can move out." That's exactly what she said. I'm renting the place, not living here for free. I pay on time every month, and the rent is expensive. I try my best to pay on time, but the result is that the dorm manager speaks rudely to me, which is upsetting for a tenant. Renting a dorm is like buying a product. If the seller speaks rudely, who would want to buy it? It's the same with renting a dorm. If the manager speaks rudely, who would want to rent this dorm? I'm moving out in just one month. I can't take it anymore.

I went to inquire about room details. I'm not sure if the woman was the owner or just the caretaker, but her demeanor was unwelcoming. She explained the details as if she were too lazy to explain, and finally just walked away. I was too tired to even try to explain further. I was asking to rent a room, not to stay for free. I don't know the condition of the room because I didn't go up to see it; she said the lock was being repaired and she didn't know when it would be ready.

The dorm is terrible. We've been waiting for a parking spot for two years and there's still no space. Repair requests take forever. The maintenance fees are expensive. The security guards sleep all the time at night. The washing machine in the dorm is the worst. It's old and dirty; you're practically guaranteed to be able to hang your clothes to dry. Overall, it's awful. The landlord has a terrible attitude.

The room is safe and has rules, making the place very clean.
