I discovered this brand through a friend’s recommendation. Initially, I only planned to get a lip filler, but K and Mai ( Staffs) were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable enough to explore additional treatments such as Oligio X and Ultraformer MPT based on their thoughtful recommendations. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Poy, who was incredibly professional and kind. She took the time to explain every step in detail, which made me feel completely at ease and confident throughout the process. Her technique is truly outstanding, my lips look beautifully enhanced with a perfect, natural shape. Overall, I am beyond satisfied with the results and my entire experience. The clinic is clean, luxurious, and lives up to the standards of P' Rit's (a famous Thai celebrity) house. The service is excellent; they don't hard-sell, and they don't keep you waiting long. They even offer snacks, tea, and coffee – fantastic! There's a private waiting area with reclining sofa chairs and charging stations – perfect! The Beauty Advisors (BAs) are lovely, cheerful, and all good-looking. I was very impressed.

The clinic is located in The Glass project. The place is clean, easy to get to, and has plenty of parking. The reception staff are friendly, smiling, and answer questions clearly. The doctor gives good advice.

I've been a customer and have been using their services for about 3 years now. I've been coming back since they were at Central Bangna, and I followed them when they moved to The Ritz. I'm very impressed. The place is spacious and comfortable, and the service is excellent. There's always an elderly lady who brings us water and snacks. The staff (especially Pui) is polite, gives good advice, and is always cheerful. I've done several courses here already (Acne4/Pico Smooth/DNA Glow Skin). The doctor is lovely, and my skin has improved a lot. I definitely won't go anywhere else because I have confidence in The Ritz.

This was my first time having a treatment here, and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. All the staff are incredibly attentive to patients, the service is excellent, and they are friendly and approachable. They constantly offer complimentary snacks. I felt relaxed starting from the facial cleansing process. The staff had very gentle hands; I loved the facial massage. If the results are good, I won't switch to any other clinic!

This branch is large, new, clean, and has plenty of parking. Inside the clinic, there are many waiting areas with water, juice, snacks, tea, and coffee available while you wait. The service is excellent from everyone, from the cleaning staff and the assistants who clean your face and apply numbing cream (they also give a gentle facial massage), to the doctor who is knowledgeable, answers questions patiently, and the sales representative (Mek), who is very helpful, provides complete and clear information, works systematically, and remembers customer details. I wasn't disappointed at all with my visit.

I recently had the opportunity to visit The Ritz Clinic at The Glass Bangna branch and was impressed from the moment I stepped in. The clinic is clean, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are welcoming and friendly, providing detailed advice. I was impressed with the service, cleanliness, and professionalism of the team and the doctor. If you're looking for a clinic that provides excellent consultations, uses modern technology, and cares for its clients attentively, I highly recommend The Ritz Clinic.

This was my first and only visit to the Bangna branch. The admin and staff did not clearly state the price for laser hair removal. Size M: Underarms | Facial hair | Upper and lower back | Bikini area | Buttocks | Chest - 1 session: 1,800 THB 📍1 area per session. But you didn't mention that it was 1,800 THB per area. Many people would understand it the same way I did. There was no payment required before the treatment. After the treatment was completed, I ended up paying almost 10,000 THB. Not everyone has that much money prepared! My God! Who wouldn't be shocked? The conversation in the chat was one thing, and the service in person was another. The admin who responded to the chat and the staff at the counter were terrible. I'm extremely disappointed. They didn't take any responsibility; they only offered apologies.👎🏻
