The Residence Airport & Spa Hotel

The facility is generally satisfactory, despite its age, and is suitable for overnight stays. While there is some external road noise, it does not personally affect me; however, individuals who are more sensitive to noise may wish to consider bringing earplugs.

Extremely disappointing experience. I made a reservation via the app, but upon arrival I was told there were no rooms available. The staff’s attitude was very rude and unhelpful. This is unacceptable.

Can I stay if only one of two people has a passport?

Booked from Agoda but the room is completely different from Agoda. Some blood stain on sofa, dusty table, moldy and disgusting basin🤢 and a loud dusty aircon🥴 I couldn't even stay one night, so I immediately left that hotel. Don’t book!!!!! IT’S A SCAM HOTEL!!!!!

This hotel is falling apart and is not cleaned well

Rooms are ok. Price is reasonable. There is a parking area on the side. This is not a major tourist area, so there is not a lot of things around the hotel for a tourist. Despite its name, it is not close to either of Bangkok's airports.

Pictures absolutely different from the website... Room look old, smelly and dirty
