The massage was so relaxing and comfortable.

I will share both my good and bad experiences here. I went to the On Nut branch for the first time, and it will also be my last. I had booked a queue in advance, but as I was already on my way there, someone called to inform me that a previous customer wanted to add more services, so I would have to wait longer. Since I had already paid in advance and traveled from the complete opposite end of the city to try this place, I said okay. I had been following their account for a long time and was really interested in their services, so I thought it would definitely be worth it. As for the spa itself, the scents were amazing—I’m still impressed by that part. The head massage was quite good, though a bit too hard at times, to the point that it hurt. The oil (if I remember correctly) they poured on my head was also a little too hot. However, they styled my hair nicely afterward. Overall, it could have been a good experience—if only the staff hadn't been gossiping loudly about me from the moment I arrived. They said things like, "She's not pretty at all. She looks shabby. The woman who came before her looked like a Korean idol." So when they later tried to upsell me on more expensive treatments, I simply said, "Not today." I understand that these things can happen, but it’s extremely unprofessional, especially in a business that’s supposed to make people feel good and look good. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that way. I hope sharing my experience can make a difference somehow.

The head massage was amazing! My head felt so light afterwards. I've been to other places for massages, but none were as relaxing. I even asked the therapist to do a Korean-style hair wash, which was incredibly satisfying. I was very happy with my experience.
