Feedback regarding my recent visit – A disappointing experience I first visited Health Land back in 2019, and ever since then, I have been coming to you every time I am in Bangkok. I have consistently recommended you to my friends as one of the best massage spots in the city. Unfortunately, today I had an experience that was far from the high standard I expect from your center. I am aware that all your therapists hold certifications, but sadly, a certificate is not always a guarantee of quality. Today, the therapist massaged me like a robot, with no sense of my body’s mobility, muscle tension, or personal preferences. It felt like an assembly line, treating me as just another "patient" in a queue. Before we began, I explained that my body is very flexible and even showed a photo of myself doing the splits to highlight my physical needs, and I specifically requested a "strong" massage. From the very first touch, I knew something was wrong. For the first 30 minutes, I told myself it was just a warm-up and that the real work would start soon... but it never did. No miracle occurred. I spent the remaining hour and a half debating whether to just get up and leave or see it through to the end, hoping it might improve. It didn’t. The massage remained mediocre. By contrast, last week I stayed in a different part of Bangkok and stopped by a random, basic salon. While that therapist might have had "lesser" technical training, she was fully present and tuned in. It was an hour of pure bliss! Certifications and technique are important, yes. But that isn't even 50% of what makes a massage great. Massage is about presence and attention. After I finished and went out to the lobby, no one at the reception desk asked how my session went. Because of that, I didn’t have the opportunity to leave my feedback while I was still at the center. I hope you can address this and find a way to maintain consistent, high-quality service for every guest.

Whenever I'm looking for a truly professional massage, Health Land is always my first choice. Their management is incredibly systematic and well-organized. For the entire duration of the massage, every therapist wears a mask. The linens are always fresh and impeccably clean—a factor that is extremely important to me and gives me great peace of mind. Beyond the hygiene, you can be confident that the therapists are professionally certified, and they even offer Ayurvedic treatments. This guarantees a high standard of quality every time. The only variable is finding a therapist whose style perfectly matches your preference, but personally, I've always left happy with every experience under this brand.

Recommended when you are looking for a reasonably-priced good services , good ambience , high number of therapists and reliable massage. Health Land is a chain if many branches , such as Asoke , Sathorn, Ekkamai, Rama2 , Sri Nakarin. Reasonable prices. Fast efficient service. You can walk in without a booking and still get serviced. The rooms where you shower, get dressed, and massaged are very clean and have a soothing spa-like aesthetic. The masseuse and massage I got were great; it did feel a little systematic, but then again that’s all massage places.

The service and environment are good. Quiet and comfortable olace. However, the place is little in from the main road. Don't go alone at night. There is no traditional massage price in the list. Good Massage with Good Price. It is a branched Massage place in Thailand. We have a full Body Thai Massage for 120 mins for 600 Bhat. The environment is very cozy and clean. It’s located in Bang Na area. Didn’t give 5 stars because it is just an average Thai Massage place. We tipped the staffs 100 Bhatt each person.

Haven't been here for many years. This place is still good. The environment and Massager are good quality. I did on the spa aroma that was good because massager had pressed through the whole body with the lavender oil. It was so relax. It is recommended to book since many tourists and guesses are usually come.

Best place to have massage in Bangkok. I recommend the aromatherapy massage. You have a place to take a shower before and massage is the best. I have been many times and always very professional. You can choose the perfume and you can be sure to have a smooth skin after it.
