Homie style massage, the place is quite local and clean. Need to drive only, no access with public transportation. The service is acceptable but not that great compared to the price. From my opinion, the massage is quite rush and lack of detail, like they aware too much for the time in order to finish mine before next customer arrives.

When taking a massage you are paying for time correct? My dislike with this spa is that when my partner and I started the massage we marked the time of start and finish with the therapist. My therapist took a toilet break and finished 5 mins early because there were 2 more customers waiting downstairs for her to service. Not cool. You asked for top dollar for a 60 minutes session and I paid that and got 50 mins. Hardly fair ... I know it doesn’t sound like a lot of time lost but really think about how much can get done in terms of massage during a 10 min period. Perhaps management should be monitoring this also and not leave it up to the therapist to make their own decision. Originally my review was 1 star because of the time being cut short but I increased it to 3 stars because I received a detailed response from the owner and they have resolved the issue moving forward. I hope this resolution stays in place and all future customers can enjoy they massage and time paid for.
