I ordered through Grab and specified that if any items were missing, they should call back. There were changes to the order, but the store chose to remain silent, causing me to lose the benefit of using a discount code. This is very poor behavior. There was no contact number provided, and the number listed wasn't theirs. I'm not sure if the form indicated that it wasn't their number. Please train your staff better.

Irresponsible. I ordered Masita seaweed snacks (baked), regular flavor, via Line Man. The shop said they were out of stock and only had the spicy flavor. I said I could substitute it, which meant it had to be the baked spicy version. The shop didn't inform me that the fried version was different, and importantly, the price was different too. Even if it was only a 1 baht difference, what was the intention? Was there any responsibility in communicating with the customer? The phone number was also unreachable.

The merchandise was cluttered up, the discount signs were there, but the discount wasn't applied at checkout. People had to search around to find the discount code on the sign… This happens very often.

I've ordered online multiple times and they keep canceling. What the hell? If they don't have the item, they should at least let me know. This is outrageous. I hope they go bankrupt.

Is this the best Lotus training they've done for their staff? The big female cashier spoke rudely, avoided eye contact with customers, and didn't smile. She looked like she didn't want a future at all. This is supposed to be a service job, but if she can't handle it, she should go home and let the talented people who are unemployed have the jobs. I won't even mention the way the shelves are arranged like a garbage dump, or the inaccurate price tags, because that's something I shouldn't even have to mention. This branch is the worst I've ever worked at. But if the service were better in other aspects, I might overlook that.
