The masseuse, with reddish-orange hair, I don't know her name but I transferred the money to someone named Kannika. During the massage, she seemed to be trying to keep the conversation going and never actually started massaging. She just kept leaning over, pressing lightly and slowly with her elbows. After half an hour, I still didn't feel like I was getting a massage!!! This is clearly taking advantage of the customer. In short, I didn't get a massage, I didn't get any rest because I was busy being chatted with, and the masseuse was slacking off. This is outrageous. The owner of the shop hired a masseuse to slack off like this and still charged the customer for the service. What do the customers get from you? And the masseuse even claimed that this was a Thai massage. Hmm, she spoke as if the customer was very stupid. Too bad there's no negative rating option, because I would give -20.

I'm so confused. Do the staff not communicate with each other? Customers come to book massages, but the phone calls are different. One person takes the booking while another comes to give the massage. Regular customers are complaining that they're not being served properly. Is this kind of system acceptable for a wellness center, a top-tier spa? I'm very disappointed with the management.

I walked in, but there was no one at the front counter; I had to shout for someone. When I asked, they said, "We're available," and told me to choose whatever type of massage I wanted. But then, when the masseuse came, she asked if I had booked, and then said she was fully booked because she had a regular client the following hour. I was confused. The masseuses were all sitting around doing nothing. What's going on? Do you not welcome customers if you don't call to book? Do you not want to massage people unless they buy a package costing 5000 baht or more? Does the owner know that the staff are so lazy and keep making excuses? Even if this was the only massage shop in the mall, I wouldn't go there again. I'd give the service a negative 0/0; it was terrible.

I'm a regular massage customer. Massage therapists Nid and Jen are good. Today I encountered a different therapist, I'm not sure of her name. The transfer slip was under the name Kannika. The first time I had a massage with her, it was tolerable, I thought she might be tired. But the second time I had the same therapist, it was awful. Two hours wasted not only money but also a huge waste of time. She didn't even touch my sore areas; it was like she was just lightly touching and placing her hands, no pressure, no force. The head massage was just a rough, rubbing motion, like washing hair, no pressure at all. It was terrible. I'm a regular customer and I've never had such a bad experience at any massage parlor I've been to. I recommend the parlor conduct random checks on the quality of their massages and services. People want to relax, not be subjected to endless conversation and questions.

The service was very confusing. I've been here for massages many times before and they were always good. Today, I changed into my pajamas while waiting for my massage, but the masseuse informed me that she couldn't finish my session because there was another booking. Very unprofessional. A waste of time and very disappointing.
