The foot massage was very uncomfortable. Some areas pressed too hard, and even when I said it hurt, they didn't hear me. Other areas were too light, like a gentle stroke. When I pointed it out, the staff didn't hear me; I had to wave to get their attention. They seemed indifferent. Usually, I've had decent staff at this place. But today was not okay, and I felt like the massage wasn't complete. I'm not sure if I'm imagining things, but I don't have any proof. Finally, there was no neck, shoulder, and back massage before the end. When I told the owner, they looked a little confused, as if asking if the massage wasn't included. You came and told the staff something during the foot massage, then a little while later got up and said the massage was finished. Didn't you wonder what step was missing? Okay, this is my last time here.

They don't care about their customers at all.

The massage was very good. I go for a massage every month.

I'm going crazy. It's like sitting there while an old lady just rubs my legs. She presses on a sensitive spot, then stops massaging and goes off to massage other spots... Maybe I just got a sleepy masseuse, haha...

The masseuse had a foul mouth. She could have used different words; she lacked communication skills. Her words didn't come from her brain and were very annoying today. The masseuse, named (Kung), paid for the massage; she wasn't getting it for free. Speaking to a 3-year-old like that, how could the child understand? My husband and I were extremely displeased with her manner of speaking. We used to be regular customers, but now we're done with her.

Unfortunately, I encountered a masseuse named "Urai" twice. Both times were terrible massages. She kept getting up and going elsewhere. The most recent time, she disappeared four times, and the time ran out too quickly. In short, this masseuse is awful, slacks off, and cheats on time. The shop shouldn't have masseuses like this. If she doesn't love her job, she shouldn't be working there.

It would be better if the masseuse wore a mask during the massage.

This massage shop is well-organized with separate rooms, clean, and has friendly and helpful staff. The masseuses are excellent at relieving tension and leaving you feeling relaxed for several days.

The food was delicious.
