Clean and affordable, but management needs teach their staff more manners. My masseuse took 2 phone calls while in the middle of my massage.

The shop has a great atmosphere and a swimming pool view. All the masseuses are excellent, and the manager is very kind. I've been getting massages from this shop for a very long time, since it was located in the Lotus store across the street. Now that they've moved to Sport & Spa, I still follow them there.

The massage parlor is located near the entrance of the sports venue; the space is quite small and feels a bit cramped inside. The massage techniques are decent. 60 minutes costs 250 baht, 90 minutes 400 baht, and 120 minutes 450 baht. (April 17, 2025) Parking is convenient.

The masseuse is incredibly skilled. The private room is clean and quiet. It was the best massage I've ever had. If you're looking for an affordable massage shop near Sukhumvit 3, I highly recommend it!

The shop is clean, and almost all the masseuses here are excellent (I especially like getting massages from Khun Oh). The staff at the counter are very helpful. I've been coming here frequently since the shop opened.

On November 10, 2025, I received a massage at Umaporn Massage, Ramkhamhaeng 190/1 branch, from a female masseuse. She was thin, had short, dyed hair, and was unwilling to provide service. She seemed more interested in serving her regular customers. Her manners were inappropriate, she lacked friendliness, and she responded by massaging too hard, causing pain. She also challenged me to call and complain to the owner. I would like to request that the shop consider reviewing its staff to prevent such incidents from recurring and to avoid negatively impacting other customers.

The massage service at this shop is excellent. The massage was great and exactly as I wanted. I come back every week!

I've had massages that were too rough and not impressive, but it depends on luck; some are good, others, like today, weren't okay.

Terrible experience 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 The young massage therapist and the receptionist were rude and emotional with customers. If you can't control your emotions, you shouldn't be working in customer service. If you get emotional when a customer asks a question, you should just stay home and do massages. A massage that's painful or the same style repeatedly is just a question; why get emotional? Thai massage and Thai oil massage aren't that different in price. Don't tell me I want a different type of massage; it has to be Thai oil. They should have explained it politely and respectfully. I paid for a massage, not a free one. I'm sharing this because customers shouldn't have to experience such bad behavior. The receptionist was also emotional with me, saying both sides needed to be fair. What did I do to the massage therapist? I paid for the full hour, even though I left early. Why should I tolerate someone who doesn't want to massage me touching me? I asked for the owner's number so they could be aware of the customer's problem, but the receptionist avoided giving it and told me to find it myself. I feel sorry for the owner for having employees like this. The owner listened to the customer's complaint, but I won't be using their services again.
