Good enough for how close it is to the airport. Rooms are clean but lacking. Beds are hard, there’s no side tables or outlets near the bed, no hairdryer, shower was pretty janky. I asked for a second blanket and they wanted to charge me an additional deposit of 400baht per night

The service here was very disappointing, especially from one of the female receptionists (the one working the front desk during my stay). Her attitude was far from friendly, she constantly looked annoyed, and when asked for assistance, she seemed unwilling to help. It felt like guests were a burden rather than customers. I also experienced a serious issue when extending my stay for more than a week. I had already informed the morning receptionist because I needed to go out for a while. However, when I returned at night, the receptionist on duty had no information about it and appeared confused. As a result, I had to wait quite a while for something that should have been handled with proper internal communication. It clearly shows poor coordination among the staff. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

One of the quietest places you’ll find in Bangkok. Not too far from the airport and has enough markets and eateries surrounding it. Staff was amazing. Basic breakfast but it’s hot. Gym is a bit disappointed but I was a short stay.

35 euros for two nights is very decent, very good value. ||But the front desk staff could do with more training, not very helpful when I asked about the Wi-Fi - or the lack of it - which I needed for work - didn't seem overly concerned. …

The hotel is value for money. very close to Airport. 100-200 baht taxi cost. Trip.com shows the property has airport shuttle service, but they don’t have. The property and their service, cleanliness are well and good. There is Dining table in the room which was very useful.

It has all the amenities you are looking for. It's clean and right next to a laundry facility. There are not too many eating options, though. I wouldn't expexr too much from staff. Staff here doesn't really understand the meaning of customer service. Other than that, you will like it
