Turkish Airlines Star Alliance Gold Lounge

You can’t compare this TK lounge with a TK lounge at Istanbul airport. While it is spacious, a facelift in the near future would not be a disadvantage, as the furnishings look worn. Concerning the food I have to say, that the qualitiy of food items could be improved. I mean freshness, appearence and especially taste. They offered pide, but they tasted like ready-made pizza. Also the selection and quality of wines needs to be improved in my opinion. And unfortunately they don’t offer soft drinks from my favorite brand, but Pepsi stuff only. The staff were nice, but this alone does not guarantee a positive lounge experience. However, what I found most absurd is the fact tjat there‘s a lonesome shower cabinet in the middle of the men’s restroom, which is just weird.

This is a standard lounge for a large international carrier such as Turkish Airlines. It is spacious, luminous, with large windows overlooking an inner garden courtyard. Decorated in a cool contemporary style, it offers, 24/7, all the services required: wide selection of hot and cold buffets, snacks and drinks, meeting room, computer access, WiFi, showers, etc. Whenever possible a charming Turkish touch is added to food, drinks and snacks. Service is impeccable. The weak poinr is the quality of the food. It pales in comparison to Turkish Airlines's splendid on board service and their lounges elsewhere. In any event a very welcoming escape from a very busy airport.

A very cozy and comfortable lounge for Star Alliance Gold members. The space is well laid out with plenty of seating options, making it easy to find a quiet corner to relax or work, even during busier hours. The food selection is a real highlight—there’s a wide variety to choose from, ranging from hot dishes to lighter bites and desserts, all well presented and frequently replenished. Drinks are also readily available, making it a great place to unwind before a flight.

Had the opportunity to try out two lounges on this flight: Turkish VS Singapore. Turkish - great food, but disappointing un-staffed bar. But free massage, nice bathrooms. Clearly my vote goes here.

I prefer the Turkish Airlines Lounge over others because it's much calmer and less crowded. The hospitality here is excellent and the food is delicious. A big thank you to the team!

My favorite lounge at BKK! You can’t beat it. The staff are so kind, efficient and not in your face. The free shoulder back and arm massage is amazing, thank you Dao ! You ask for the shower and they prepare everything for you. I really liked all the food that was available, and during dinner time they had items prepared by the chef. All the drinks you want are available. I especially like the business room to do work before my flight. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. They have a quiet room if you need to take a nap before your flight. if only these lounges would begin adding workout rooms :-) peace, deacon Joshua

Decent food quality and offered 15 minutes complimentary massage. With spacious areas and the shower room facilities. Definitely can try if you’re tired with TG lounges in BKK airport

We accessed the lounge via Priority Pass. This is a large lounge with lots of seating and a dining area clearly demarcated. At the entrance, there are lockers for cabin luggage. There is also a quiet room where we saw passengers getting a neck and back massage (not sure if complimentary). The business center is large and can handle a meeting for 6 persons. The bar is well stocked, with Italian sparkling available. The kitchen would normally serve cuts of kebab but not at the time we visited. Hot and delicious lentil soup can still be ordered though. The star of the hot buffet in our opinion is the Biryani rice.

The lounge is great especially the ambience here is quiet and chilled. The staff here is nice and attentive. The shower room here is great. But the thing they need to improve is definitely the food provided here. The food choices offered here is limited and because my flight was in the midnight, there wasn’t much food provided in the lounge, this is a no no for a lounge operates for 24-hour; it should have good and tasty food all the time!! But if you are looking for a quiet lounge with less people here at BKK airport, I would recommend to come here!!

Great lounge with very top level food, a nice quiet area for a nap and excellent complementary shoulder, neck, back, arm and head massage !! It was also very quiet and relaxed when i visited, in contrast to some of the other Star Alliance lounges which were apparently really full. Especially regarding the food, it was very nice to get solid, very tasty chunks of protein like beef and fish in contrast to the IST Sar Alliance Turkish Lounge which always seems to have long lines for limited protein like beef burgers.
