However, upon arrival, I was told it was a different system (VRV) and was asked to pay nearly double the original quote. I was also informed that a travel fee would apply if I declined. The issue is not the price—I actually consider it inexpensive—but that an incorrect quotation was provided without proper checking model, and then treated as if this information could not have been known in advance. The technician’s work itself was good, which makes the lack of clarity from the administrative side more unfortunate.

booked their service for aircon cleaning through sansiri's plus home application, paid 950baht for aircon cleaning and ozone, contrary to some other service company, this company was on time and in fact came about 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment! which is good, showing their service commitment and considerate to customer, value customer's precious time, the aircon cleaning and ozone treatment took about one hour, the result was obvious, the aircon performed in full gear with strong air current and i really felt the magic difference! I've been using their air conditioning cleaning service for a long time, and I thought their service was good, even though it was a bit more expensive than a regular technician. But it's a company, so I was willing to pay. When my air conditioner broke down, I didn't go anywhere and used their service again. The problem was a damaged control board, which I agreed to pay for. But I wasn't home when they repaired it; my girlfriend and mother were. They told my mother that the refrigerant was low and asked if I wanted them to refill it. I was confused. If the refrigerant is low, it must be leaking, right? I asked, and they said it might be seeping through the rubber seals, blah blah. I was like, "Hey, if it's not leaking, it shouldn't be low, right?" (They probably need to replace the rubber seals too, right?) So I refused to have them do it and paid 7-8 thousand baht for repairing and replacing the control board. (They also wanted to charge 1500 baht for refilling the refrigerant, just to refill, not to vacuum the whole system, but I didn't pay that.) After a while, the air conditioner started cooling less and less until it stopped cooling altogether. At this point, I didn't trust them anymore, so I looked for other air conditioning technicians, focusing on those who use good equipment, and contacted them for repairs. In the end, they found a major leak and needed to replace the evaporator coil. That cost another 7800 baht. (The price wasn't an issue; their equipment was excellent, better than this company's. They used the right tools, high-quality equipment, and even had a leak detector.) If they had checked for the leak from the beginning, they wouldn't have repaired the control board, right? Just replace the entire air conditioner, problem solved. What's with the refrigerant leaking but not actually leaking? Arguing with them backfired, calling to yell at them didn't help at all. In short, it's better to find a good technician with the right tools. It's a gamble, but if you find a good one, it'll last a long time. I thought using a reputable company would mean a good job and no headaches.

The cleaning was terrible, absolutely not clean at all. I'm not sure how it even passed the test, but I wouldn't recommend using it even once.
