Good environment and friendly service!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I paid 2,800 THB and chose a therapist. As soon as we entered the room, she came in carrying her own food and a drink, which already felt very unprofessional. Then, before anything even started, she told me she would not begin unless I took a shower. I said that was fine and simply asked her to help me adjust the hot water. Instead, she called the receptionist and falsely told her that I refused to take a shower. After that, she started speaking to me in a very rude and disrespectful way. Nothing had even started yet—we had only been in the room for about 10 minutes. I decided to leave. Downstairs, I politely asked the receptionist if they could at least refund half of my money since no service had been provided. Instead of trying to help, she also spoke to me very disrespectfully. The whole situation honestly felt planned, as if they were trying to create a problem so I would leave and they could keep the full payment. (What's especially disappointing is that I visited this place about three months ago and had a great experience. I don't know what happened this time.) Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
