I was very impressed with the massage. I was stressed and tired from work, and the masseuse at this shop had a very gentle touch. Her head, neck, and shoulder massage was incredibly relaxing. I fell asleep without even realizing it! I woke up feeling so refreshed and my body felt amazing. I really liked the service. The atmosphere in the shop was lovely, with a subtle aroma, a warm bed, and soft music – it was very easy to fall asleep. Importantly, it was very clean. And the masseuse was very friendly and approachable.

I've been using her services for the past 5 years. I'm an office worker who works long hours a day and experiences a lot of work-related stress, insomnia, and general tension. She recommended a facial massage to help relieve tension and a neck, shoulder, and back massage to alleviate office syndrome. For the facial massage, she uses herbal and organic products and relaxes the muscles in my neck, shoulders, arms, and head. During the massage, I could feel the relaxation in my face, temples, head, neck, shoulders, and arms. Afterward, I felt incredibly comfortable; it felt like an hour wasn't enough! I didn't experience any allergic reactions, and I slept very well that night. Later, she mentioned that I needed an office syndrome massage, which would be deeper than the facial massage. During the massage, she explained the steps and pressure applied to prepare me. It really hit the right spots. She also stretched my shoulders, neck, and arms. Afterward, I felt very light and comfortable. She said that I might be a little sore tomorrow because my muscles were very tense. I can tell she's very experienced and gives excellent advice.

I have used Viva service in the past. She is very knowledgeable and a professional. I was suffering from body muscle tension since I play golf and attend gym.
