Booked LuxMove for our city transfer and bank appointments in Bangkok — excellent experience! The driver was polite, knew the routes perfectly, and waited patiently while we finished our work. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and reliability. Highly recommended for anyone doing business trips in Thailand.

Our hotel concierge booked LuxMove for our airport pickup. The driver was already waiting with a name board and a smile. Car smelled fresh, AC perfect, and cold towels were such a nice touch.

Arrived in Bangkok with my family and were greeted right at the arrivals hall by the LuxMove team holding our name board. Everything was perfectly organized — clean van, cold water, friendly chauffeur, and smooth drive to Pattaya. Such a warm welcome after a long flight! Excellent service for families traveling to Thailand.

I booked this company to transfer us upon arrival to BKK airport - it’s worth noting that I exchanged several emails with their support team prior to arriving to Bangkok. We were informed that a “chauffeur” would meet us at the airport and drive us to our hotel. A chauffeur was not waiting for us upon arrival. I sent messages to the WhatsApp number that was provided and emails, but did not receive a response. When the driver finally arrived it appeared an Uber/Grab was assigned to pick us up - not a chauffeur. He did not greet us, the car was not clean, nor did he offer us water. This is the most basic in common courtesy within the transportation industry. There was nothing “Lux” about the service we received. Do yourself a favor and select another transportation company.

I attended a medical conference in Bangkok and booked LuxMove for airport transfers and city travel. I was impressed by their professionalism – the vehicle was Ministry of Transport compliant, GPS-tracked, and fully insured. As a doctor, I value safety and punctuality, and LuxMove exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend it to my colleagues visiting Thailand.
