The shop is clean and smells amazing. Everything looks tempting. I was very impressed after buying some things. The scent of the products is excellent and the price is great. The staff are also lovely and provide excellent service.

Very bad experience. I bought 3 products (an oil, a spray, and a diffuser with sticks) and immediately realized (within seconds, before even leaving the shop) that I had taken the wrong item. When I politely asked for a refund or even an exchange, the staff refused and was very rude, aggressive, and extremely unpleasant, almost shouting. No receipt was given, no help, no understanding at all. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Staff clearly lack basic professionalism and customer service skills. I would not recommend this place.

Good products, but a completely unpleasant salesperson. The girl is rude, rolls her eyes, and fidgets. It's hard to come back.

I went back a second time to buy gifts to bring home. The woman with the round black glasses was behind the counter again too. She is a rare unfriendly Thai person in a land of many smiles. She doesn’t interact, does say thank you and is haughty and cold. Why she is running the shop is the mystery. I doubt I’ll go back there. Find another place and don’t support her rudeness.
