Time to Relax Massage

Beautiful interiors, good pedicure. I was however surprised by one thing. I paid 800 baht for the pedicure, scrub, and foot massage package. Buying the treatments separately would have cost only 850 baht. What I wasn't told is that the foot massage in the package is only 40 minutes instead of the full hour. So the "package" barely saves any money while giving you less treatment time. It feels misleading rather than like a real deal.

I had a Thai massage on June 13, 2026. The salon is clean, beautiful, and pleasant to be in. The towels you lie on are clean. Kay gives a very good massage. Thank you for the massage, she's the best, I recommend her ❤️

We decided to stop by this salon for a final massage before leaving (spoiler alert: it was a complete waste of money). We'd been to Champa before, but it's far from the hotel, and we were limited on time. At Relax, we felt rude from the moment we walked in. The staff weren't shy about discussing clients in front of them. The massage itself left us feeling both emotionally and physically uncomfortable. I highly recommend it!

Don't get a massage from the older male therapist at this salon!!! Terrible customer service. He always has a disgruntled expression, the massage itself is so-so, and he even got oil on my shorts around the knees. Then he sat me down on an oily stool, leaving my shorts all covered in oil! He even stands there arrogantly expecting a tip. It's just awful! Disappointing.

On April 28th, we had our first back and shoulders massage. I got it, and my wife got a full body massage. I really liked it, but my wife had an average experience. Women gave the massage. We came back on the 30th, and I got a leg and neck massage, and my wife got a leg and back massage, and a woman gave hers. She really liked it, but I was completely floored. It felt like the massage was given by someone who'd worked on a construction site the day before, and had been shown a few moves that morning, and now he's working in a salon. While the leg massage was even close (a 3 out of 5, really), afterward, instead of a neck massage, he just rubbed my head... apparently, it was a "head massage," but it was terrible. He pressed his fingers on my shoulders a couple of times (twice on my right shoulder, twice on my left) and that was it. The whole experience was completely ruined. Only women should come here for a massage.

Terrible experience after asking for pressure on a foot massage I was told no it’s for relaxing. Then I asked just a little more please it’s very soft and she pushed so hard on my leg I’m sure going to be bruised! Do NOT recommend, such a rude therapist! What a shame as the place is beautiful!

The pedicure, manicure, and foot scrub turned out great, but unfortunately, the staff were unfriendly both during and after the treatment (at least the one I had), as confirmed by other reviews. It's a shame because the studio and equipment are good.

Terrible service for manicure and pedicure. Overpriced as well.
