I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the level of service. From the very first day, the experience was excellent — starting at the reception with a warm welcome and a refreshing welcome drink. The service throughout the stay was top-notch. The rooms were cleaned every day and everything was always spotless. The hotel has a huge territory with beautiful green gardens, relaxing music, and a great atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of food, and the bars serve excellent cocktails. The entire area of the hotel is very well maintained, full of greenery and very pleasant to walk around. The sea is a bit far to reach on foot, but this is not a problem because the hotel provides a free and convenient shuttle service. It takes only about 5 minutes to get to the beach, and the shuttle runs on a comfortable schedule. I highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a calm and relaxing holiday, as well as for families with children. It’s a perfect place for a quiet and enjoyable vacation

The hotel was spotless, and you could tell that cleanliness is a top priority. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. This is genuinely one of the best and cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay, and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Review of Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Hotel We stayed as a family (4 adults) in April 2026. The hotel is located a bit far from the sea, but there is a shuttle to the beach every hour. Overall impression — we really liked it and would definitely come back again! Room — we stayed in Building 19 on the ground floor (pool access). The room itself was quite spacious, and the air conditioning worked well (no damp smell, and it didn’t overcool the room). Having direct access to the pool at all times was a huge plus! We recommend choosing a room with access to the main pool rather than the one on the outer side of the building :) Service — when we first checked in, we were given rooms in a distant building with pool access on the back side (Building 10). We didn’t like that since all the activity was happening at the main pool. We went to the reception, and they moved us to a room by the main pool! Housekeeping was also excellent and timely — we would go to the beach in the morning and return around noon to a clean room, which was very convenient. Overall, the service was great. The restaurant staff were very kind and attentive to every table. The staff do not speak Russian, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Food — we only had breakfasts included, which was more than enough for us (there’s a great restaurant nearby, Avo Kitchen, highly recommended; there is also a 7/11 about a 10-minute walk away, which is not very convenient). Breakfast was good and quite varied, mostly traditional European cuisine. The only downside was the Eggs Benedict — the bread wasn’t toasted, there was no bacon, and the sauce was more sour than expected. Location — the hotel is somewhat remote, but that’s typical for Nai Harn Beach (most hotels there are like this). The hotel itself is quiet, and the territory is decent but mostly filled with pools, so there’s not much space for walking :) It’s also easy to get lost among the buildings, which can be a bit inconvenient. Infrastructure — the area is full of pools, so you can swim as much as you like :) The depth is not very big, only 1.3 meters. There’s a children’s pool near the reception. A shuttle to the beach runs every hour, and the schedule is available at the reception. Wi-Fi is stable, and the rooms have smart TVs. Summary: a wonderful hotel, convenient location, and fantastic rooms! We would definitely come back again :)

✨ The Perfect Ending to Our Thailand Escape ✨ We’ve had such an amazing stay at the Wyndham Grand Nai Harn in Phuket. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning with one of the most beautiful structural layouts we’ve ever experienced. We stayed in a pool access room which was incredible, being able to swim directly from our room up to the pool bar felt so luxurious and relaxing. Daw at the swim-up bar looked after us so well throughout our stay and provided such warm, attentive service. The room was spacious, modern, and full of thoughtful amenities, they even helped set up Netflix for us which made the evenings extra cozy. The views around the resort are breathtaking, and one unexpected highlight was the Japanese electronic toilet in the room… genuinely amazing for a first-time experience! We also treated ourselves to the spa package and it was one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. The full body scrubs, aromatherapy massages, mini facial, and milky bath were all exceptional and left us feeling completely relaxed. The food was also fantastic throughout our stay. The room service was consistently delicious, and the breakfast was excellent with every option imaginable, including fresh pancakes, live egg stations, and the loveliest bread selection. Everything felt fresh, high quality, and beautifully presented. To top it all off, the bed was perfect, a lovely firm mattress with incredibly comfortable pillows, giving us some of the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. It truly felt like the perfect way to end our holiday in Thailand. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

Amazing friendly staff, all so helpful. Rooms really good size with everything you need. Nice refreshing clean pools. Local beach nai harn walking time 10 mins or can get a free shuttle. We also walked to rawai beach which is about 45 mins. Good tour options at front desk and easy to use bolt app for taxis. Really good breakfast, options for everyone inc gluten free and vegetarian.

I came with my family of 19 people, including seniors, teenagers, and a baby, to celebrate our auntie's birthday. We all had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The management is excellent, and all the staff were very helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, they were always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were soft and very comfortable, and we all slept well. The swimming pool is large and perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for family gatherings and celebrations. We would be happy to stay here again. We have been choosing a hotel in Phuket for a long time, because this is our first trip to this island! We chose this hotel Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach and were not mistaken! Wonderful green location, always clean, excellent lobby area and nearby area with palm trees and pools. There is an atmosphere of tranquillity and excellent service. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, there's also a shuttle from the hotel to the sea, literally 3 minutes and you're on the most beautiful beach in Phuket! Rooms are cleaned daily, breakfasts for every taste, everything is fresh and tasty! Special thanks to administrators Inkar and Amad for their professionalism, always in a friendly atmosphere answered questions and helped! The hotel is great!
