Fine place to take a rest with professional massage

They really need to train the staff or hire more experienced masseuses... If you expect this place to be calm, welcoming, or organized atmosphere, I really recommend to pick different place..

The place is clean and the masseuses are good. I recommend Nature Spa. The prices are also reasonable, suitable for everyone.

I received a 3-hour session thanks to the honeymoon package upgrade. Since it allows for two sessions, I focused on a head massage for the second one. I would like to thank the therapists for their hard work. As for the price, it is up to your judgment. I had a unique experience.

The massage was terrible, it was loud, and the soundproofing wasn't even good. When I complained to the Korean staff, they said, "What can I do?" It's absurd that this kind of response still exists. Regardless of the cost, I paid $150 for this place. It's the worst. Thank you. Because of this place, I'm thinking of going on independent tours from now on.

This massage parlor is the worst, not only in Phuket but also in all of Thailand, including Bangkok. This is the first massage parlor I've ever been to that doesn't control their strength at all and doesn't even recognize the right areas to massage, so they just press down on your bones. The person I went with said that the massage was so light that you couldn't even feel it, which shows that the masseuses don't have basic skills. Most importantly, they don't give good massages, and it's a typical group package tour factory-like building. I advise everyone I know who goes to Phuket to never go there. I wonder if they force tips, or if they charge $120 or $150 for a spa that I don't like and can't do well, but I don't think tipping is necessary. I hope the employees, the owners, and the men and women have some service mindset. They look people up and down and talk to them in such a condescending way. If you've been to Phuket, you've probably been to all of Southeast Asia, so shouldn't you know more about it? Still charging $120 or $150 for these group packages, and the massage is subpar. It's a real waste of money. If you go for the same street massage course, you can get it for $30. I don't think they're selling it at such a high price.

The second day of the 3-night, 5-day package included an optional tour for $40, plus a $3 tip. On the second day, we played to our hearts' content on a coral reef island from morning until 3 a.m., snorkeling, and a lunch buffet. The most memorable part was the fried tom yum goong, which tasted like K-chicken. What was it? It was delicious. The watermelon dessert was so sweet I ate more than two plates. After playing in the water, I went to the spa, showered, and enjoyed a two-hour treatment. It was much more satisfying than my experience in Da Nang, Philippines. They meticulously applied a liquid patch to my neck and back and pressed firmly, which was incredibly refreshing. The next day, the 60-minute massage (package program) was refreshing, but I was disappointed with the two-hour experience. The Korean staff made it even more convenient, and they even opened the door to check on me during the session.
