The reception was very friendly. Rew was informative and patient with my inquiries. The manager, Porsche, was helpful with the different packages offered. Their communication skills (English) were strong. The massage therapist (Nangnoi) was very organized and checked with me about strength of massage, room temperature, and music. Overall, a very positive experience. I hope to be back soon. Thank you!

I had a wonderful head spa experience. Kai therapist was amazing and gave one of the best massages I've ever had. Rew and Aom at the reception were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their excellent service made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back again. Good facility and they do free 15 min massage. I’d suggest to ask clients if they want hard or soft even for free massage. Apart from that, all good.
