Ya was amazing from start to finish. My partner and I enquired about making an appointment and Ya was so accommodating she booked us in for the very next morning. Her attention to detail and thoroughness is something that we have never experienced before. 90 minutes later after tens machine, heat pad, ultrasound, fascia release and then a manipulation we both walked out of our consult feeling relief. Wish we could bundle her into our suitcase and bring her back to Australia to share her incredible skills with our family and friends.

Ya is a great Physiotherapist! Went there for an injury due to running - ITB. I’ve tried a few physiotherapy clinics on the island and I really like her approach which is not only using ‘machines’ but there’s a good part which is done manually (finding the right spots where the pain comes from and doing whatever is needed to release it). A lot of Physio nowadays mostly rely on their machines and very little is done with the hands. I’ll sure be back there if I need to have physiotherapy. Thank you Ya! 😊

After struggling with a painful shoulder injury, I began treatment feeling quite limited in my movement and unsure how long recovery would take. Her approach was both professional and compassionate. she took the time to understand my condition, clearly explained each step of the treatment, and tailored the exercises to suit my progress. Went here for a persistent neck, lower back and hamstring pain that I’ve had for over 10 years and in 2 weeks I can’t even feel it anymore. I’m able to get back to lifting without the injuries flaring up. I’ve been to other pt places and this is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced!

I had a QL muscle strain and I was diagnosed and treated with care. Electrode therapy and trigger point massage. After 5 sessions I was back to normal and training again. Reasonably priced therapy as well, highly recommend this therapist.

The clinic is immaculate, welcoming and professional. I was seen by Dr Ya for neck pain which resolved after 2 treatments. I was recently involved in a motorcycle accident and continue care for shoulder pain and rehab. I highly recommend Dr. Ya and Activecare.
