I booked ferry tickets from Phuket to Krabi using Phuket Dream Tour. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I will definitely use their service again next time.

Easy to book online and they send you specific instructions via Whats App. We booked a combined ferry and taxi and they made sure we were looked after!

Had such an amazing day trip with Phuket Dream Company!! A family member local to Phuket recommended them and were so glad we booked with them. Scam scam scam. Never pay them! Worst travel company on the island. Ordered fast track service for 2 separate persons. Both ignored. Too money and stopped answering the phone!!!!

I took two boat day tours with them in February 2025. I was very satisfied with the organization (schedules, pick-up, lunch, staff, and boat), and on one of them, the guide was also Italian! Communication via email and WhatsApp was simple, effective, and immediate. I had also organized and paid for everything in advance online, so there were no problems! If I returned to Phuket, I would definitely use them again.
