Great service and above all GREAT PRICE! The spa was clean and has a very friendly and relaxing environment. Today I had scrub and oil massage, it was beyond expectation! Highly recommend!

It was a real professional massage. Honestly going here was a relief from the incessant trashy street massages promoted everywhere that have immoral intentions and a general lack of quality. They did a great job. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, love the atmosphere. It would be great if there was a room with a bigger bathtub for two. The bathtub felt a bit small for 2, and we didn't want to be in a separate one. Some suggestions: Please dim the lights during the massage. Have nicer lighting in the bathroom so it feels less like a hospital. Perhaps have some nice music in the room. We very much enjoyed the experience though!!

Phannara Spa Phuket was such a relaxing experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The refreshments were a lovely touch, and the tea was different but really calming. They take great care of you, and the treatment truly targets body muscles and sore areas. I felt so refreshed after my session. Highly recommended.

I’ve experience thai massage here for 2hrs. The therapist name’ Khun Wan She is super and gave me great suggestion for next time even i will come back or do somewhere els, but i need to came back to do with her anyway. Overall is quite good clean full service.

This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had I requested a deep tissue massage with strong pressure, and the receptionist said it was fine. However, once the session started, the therapist only did very soft massage. When I asked for stronger pressure, she said she couldn’t do it, which made it clear she wasn’t properly trained or experienced for deep tissue work. I had to change therapists and ended up waiting twice, which wasted a lot of my session time. I paid for two hours but felt like I received only about 30 minutes of actual massage. I’ve been here before and it was okay, but this experience made me feel like the staff were not well trained and that customer needs were not taken seriously. I left feeling very disappointed.

It was the worst massage experience of my life.!! i know that I have tension in my shoulders and requested light to medium pressure. During the session, I asked her to reduce the pressure and not to place her arm on my lower back. However, she repeatedly rested one arm on my lower back to support her body weight(overweight), which caused me significant pain. I informed her more than three times, but the same issue continued. I was only able to continue for 15 minutes before I had to stop the session immediately.
