I took my family there and the service was excellent. Safety was a priority, as well as ensuring the elephants were relaxed and not stressed. The food was delicious too. Elsa was adorable and a very skilled swimmer.

Incredible place. We were specifically looking for an ethical elephant rescue and found this one. We got the tour with elephant food preparation and elephant bathing, but it also included many other things, such as photographs, delicious lunch, and lots of valuable and interesting information about elephants and local language and culture. The elephant, baby Elsa, is very smart and well taken care of. Her keeper communicated with her using only words/commands, no abuse. All the staff are very helpful and genuinely care about the elephants. I would even say that this experience is way underpriced. One of the best things to do in Phuket. A huge thank you to all the staff.

A wonderful place to interact with elephants! They are cared for and loved here, and the volunteers are very friendly and cheerful.

Visited July 30th with my family and had an amazing time. All the staff were just lovely and very attentive and getting to spend the time with Elsa the elephant was unbelievable. Seeing the staffs respect towards her was fantastic, you can see they really care for the animals.

Fantastic fun, beautiful place, fairytale scenery, nature, and the lake are truly impressive. The elephants are treated with great care. The keeper is friendly with the elephant. Elisabeth, the young, cheerful elephant, interacted with us, clearly happy, performing tricks without command. We bathed with her in a waterfall with crystal-clear water. We recommend this activity for our group of seven.

We visited this wonderful place today. It's a beautiful location, the grounds are well-maintained, there's lots of greenery, and a beautiful waterfall. The instructor, Sarah, was very pleasant and sociable; she explained everything and demonstrated how to interact with the elephant, and she was delighted to tell us about elephants. We took the one-hour program and were very pleased. The elephant was wonderful, very sociable. We fed her, hugged her, and took lots of photos and videos. We had a wonderful time.
