I'm extremely disappointed. The work doesn't match the reference image and is severely lacking in detail. My hair is uneven in length, both front and back (as shown in the picture). Where is the professionalism if the stylist says they forgot to check the work for the client? The salon offered to fix it, but I refused. Because if it's this bad from the start, I wouldn't dare entrust my hair to them again. I'd rather pay to get it fixed at another salon and have peace of mind.

Was looking for a hair wash as my hair is super oily due to wearing the helmet the entire day. Randomly walked into this establishment with a quick wash and go expectation. The entire session end up taking 45mins with 4 steps washing/treatment and massaging from hairline to head to neck. Very therapeutic. I walked out rejuvenated. Very well done to the lady boss.
