Absolutely one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had! The massage was incredible from start to finish—so relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed, making it easy to completely unwind. A special thank you to Yui, who is truly an exceptional therapist. Her technique, attention to detail, and caring approach made the experience unforgettable. She knew exactly how to relieve tension and make me feel completely refreshed. Exceptional Wedding Anniversary Experience My wife and I visited Lann Spa & Massage to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The booking process was seamless and very well organised via WhatsApp. We selected the Glowing Radiance Facial (75 minutes) and the Lann Warm Oil Massage (60 minutes), and both treatments exceeded our expectations. A special mention must go to Roh and Sai, who were absolutely amazing. From the warm and professional welcome, to the quality and care during the treatments, everything was handled with genuine attention and expertise. The massages were deeply relaxing and perfectly executed. To complete the experience, they kindly sent us off feeling refreshed and relaxed, ready to enjoy the Bang Tao Friday Night Market, which was a lovely touch. We truly felt cared for throughout our visit and would highly recommend Lann Spa & Massage to anyone looking for a memorable, high‑quality spa experience. We will definitely return.

An excellent spa experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing cold drink and a cold towel, which immediately made us feel relaxed and cared for. The hospitality and professionalism of the entire team were outstanding. The massage was excellent, very professional, relaxing, and performed with great skill. A special thank you to Duean, who was an amazing therapist. Her technique, attention to detail, and professionalism made the experience truly memorable. I would also like to thank Ms. Nanna at the reception. Her warm smile, positive energy, and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome from the very first moment. She has a wonderful personality that instantly puts guests in a good mood. To finish the experience, we were served hot drinks and snacks, which was a lovely touch. Overall, this was a fantastic and authentic Thai spa experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Highly recommended.

I had such a relaxing experience at this spa. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and everything was very clean and professional. A special thank you to Roh for the amazing treatment. Her head massage was absolutely incredible—one of the best I’ve ever had. She has a wonderful technique that melts away stress and leaves you feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and full of positive energy. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly relaxing spa experience.

lovely spa-- the staff were so sweet and welcoming, they offered many refreshments and snacks and answered all my questions diligently. they sell very cute items by the entrance (( unfortunately they don't sell their house scrubs at the moment )) and the entire set up is so lively and beautiful. my masseuse, Yoi, was incredible, very attentive and addressed all my needs and spur of the moment requests. the prices may seem a little on the higher end, but it's well worth it!! they have a wide variety of massages and spa treatments, i highly recommend this place :)

The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and serene. The products they use smell amazing and feel luxurious. I felt completely relaxed after my session — even more so than at some of the five-star hotel spas I’ve tried before. And the best part? The prices are much more affordable! Exciting news: Alanna Wellness & Spa is coming soon! This new wellness center will take relaxation to the next level, offering comprehensive massage and health packages, unique treatments I’ve never seen before, and even wellness workshops. You could easily spend the whole day there — the space is stunning, the packages are diverse, and the service is truly premium. Can’t wait for it to open — I’ll definitely be back!

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! One of the best massages that I think i’ve ever gotten! Got so many knots out of my back and shoulders :)) My shoulders and spine feel a lot better than it has in a while! Every part of the full body massage was perfect! Amazing technique, perfect amount of pressure, and communication! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

An incredible experience from start to finish, in a convenient location. Very attentive and receptive staff. Excellent and comfortable interior which is modern and a lot of work has gone into creating a sanctuary feel. Therapists were very skilled and I recommend the packages. Overall the best massage experience I have had in Phuket so far.
