We arrived after midnight expecting a back massage. The massage was terrible, it felt like the masseuse was looking at reels. The administrator said, "If you don't like it, don't go."

We've been here four times, three out of four were excellent, but on the fourth, the treatment was downright terrible. The masseuse ignored any requests for improvement. After the procedure, we told the manager that it was poorly done and asked for a discount, to which the manager said, "If you don't like it, don't come." We went at night.
