Lovely place! Were there for foot massage, 60 minutes costs 350. Amazing! Very clean saloon, staff is awesome and professional. Also good AC, comfortable. With us were Nong and Pon. Good and professional. Recommended!

As our flight with Jetstar was rescheduled from 9:50 to 10:45pm to 1am to 1:35am and still showing delayed on arrival instead of punctual, we had no choice but to kill some time in Phuket, which was not really that difficult. But to locate an authentic massage, where you can find in abundance but doesn’t know if they are authentic nor good, we went in as it shows in their front entrance “No Sex”, ha ha ha. Ali (from Pakistan married to a Thai) was extremely friendly yet not pushy and the boss Naree came out to greet us, we were skeptical of course. The whole experience not only turns out well but great, as the masseuse were great and knew what they were doing. I used to do some Korean martial arts and had experience of massage after our training taught by the master who needs us to relieve his aching body, so naturally I learnt some skills and needed a hard massage for my battered body. But of course you can have the choice of a strong massage or a soft massage of your choice, all you need is to make sure you inform them in advance. This place had more than just massage, they have foot massage, hairstylist and facial treatments too. All prices are clearly stated in the price menu. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.

I had a very disappointing massage experience at this establishment. Before arriving, we specifically asked whether separate private rooms were available and were told yes. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a shared area separated only by curtains, which did not provide adequate privacy. Additionally, the environment was extremely noisy due to a group of disruptive guests, which significantly affected the quality of the experience. Managing the atmosphere and ensuring a calm, relaxing setting is the responsibility of the staff, and this was not handled appropriately. When I raised these concerns with the manager, her response was dismissive and indifferent. She simply acknowledged the complaint without offering any explanation or apology.

I took my rings off for my mani and forgot to put them back on. When I realised what I’d done, I went back to get them. It took them ages to find one of them at the salon. The other one had been taken away by someone for an unknown reason… I suggested they got it back or I would call the police. It took over an hour to get it back. I have no idea why it had been taken away other than someone wanting it for themselves.

today (around midnight) we have passed a salon and had been invited to visit for foot massage with special price. Be honest the price for foot massage is quite expansive here , 400 bat per hour. The man at the entrance made a special offer for us - 300 bat foot massage + 10 minutes shoulders massage for 300 bat and we agreed. Finally the procedure of massage had been stopped very soon and we asked what happened. The lady boss tried t explain that we have payed for 30 minutes but we didn't. I tried to explain that even if we pay for 30 minutes this is not 300, but 400 /2 = 200 bats. After the short nervous conversation, we will have leave very disappointed. They neither give us money back nor finish massage. We have loose the time and our day had been finished with a lot of negative emotions. We stay in Graceland Resort hotel There are a lot of foot massage around , but we choose Naree and really disappointed ... We strongly advise against visiting this salon due to disrespectful and dishonest treatment of clients and poor quality of massage.

Worst facial experience ever. They just applied some random cream on my face with no proper steps, no massage, and no relaxation at all. The whole process felt rushed and unprofessional. After the facial, there was no glow or improvementhonestly, it felt like I wasted my money and time. Definitely not worth it.
