Bangchak had a promotion where you get a free bottle of water with every refill. I went to refill my tank to complete the promotion, and when I asked about the water, the attendant said they were out, even though it was clear they had some. Another attendant then went to get some for me. I then asked why they initially said they were out of water. The attendant responded sarcastically and loudly, turning their back and saying something like, "It's a blessing you even have gas to refill..." That kind of attitude is what really impressed me. This happened on March 15, 2026, between approximately 7:40 PM and 7:50 PM. You can check the CCTV footage if Bangchak truly cares about customer service.

This isn't the first time I've filled up at this gas station, but it's the first time an elderly female employee has looked at a customer with such contempt. I don't understand why she'd look at him that way. Could you please warn her? But the uncle provided excellent service. Overall, everything was good. The only issue I have today is that one woman.

I informed the staff to use my phone number for the points accumulation program, but they said they forgot to add the points after I had already paid. Therefore, they couldn't accumulate the points.
