I went to get my nails done and inquired about nail designs, but the staff at the shop spoke very rudely. They weren't welcoming and responded with a harsh, dismissive "It's not convenient." There was only one other customer and one technician in the shop at the time. The shop should train its staff on proper customer service. If they're not willing to provide good service, they should just close the shop. This kind of behavior is terrible.
