I'm using pictures of my feet because I got my toenails done. First, when I arrived at the salon, I told the technician, Kade, that I wanted the design on my big toe in picture 3. The technician then said, "Do you think I can do that?" I'd like to know the purpose of that statement. How were you trying to make the customer feel? I asked if it was possible, and if it was difficult. She said it wasn't difficult, but it was complicated, and told me to choose the colors myself because there were so many colors. I was very confused; I've never encountered a salon that did this. I wanted to walk out. If the technician couldn't do it or didn't want to do it, they should have informed the customer so I could go to another salon. When I showed them the reference picture, I wanted the design in it. Shouldn't the technician have suggested and helped me choose? But it's okay, maybe the design was really complicated and the technician's skills weren't up to it. So I changed my reference to a polka dot design instead, and I still had to choose the colors myself. If I hadn't given them the reference without any explanation, I understand that the customer has to choose, but shouldn't the technician have suggested colors similar to the reference? And the result is as in the first two pictures: polka dots, but a mix of small and large dots. I want to ask if this is even a real nail technician? It's not pretty at all. The cuticle trimming was painful, the technician was rude, and had an unwelcoming expression. This is unacceptable service. The salon needs to train its new staff. We can afford 400 baht, but the result is so bad, we feel like we wasted our money. We'll have to find another salon to fix it. This will probably be our first and last time at this salon. It's the worst nail salon we've ever been to. I wouldn't even give it one star.

I've used their services once before. The first time, I liked it and thought the nails were beautiful, but they cut my toenails too roughly; even after 1-2 days, they were still bleeding. I ignored it because my fingernails were gorgeous. So I decided to come back again. This time was terrible. The way they spoke and acted was awful. I understand that sometimes people might be unfriendly, but they could have spoken to customers more politely. They should have used more respectful language with their clients.

This is my go-to nail salon every time I'm back in Rangsit. The service is excellent, and their nails are the most durable I've ever had. I've had extensions done here every time, and none of them have ever chipped. The color is vibrant and long-lasting. I highly recommend it to everyone! The salon is beautiful, minimalist, and perfect for photos from every angle. They also have snacks for customers to enjoy while they wait. Luv 🫶🏻🥰

Allow me to comment. I was very unimpressed with their service. The stylist, Kade, was unfriendly and didn't smile. I asked for advice on colors or designs, whether something would look good or not, but she simply replied, "It's up to you." I think the stylist should have offered more constructive advice. Overall, the service needs improvement.

The shop has a lovely decor. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. The decorator is friendly, gives good advice, and does a beautiful, detailed job.

The service was terrible. The staff seemed unwilling to serve customers, and were reluctant to answer questions. They had grumpy expressions and provided service without smiling. It was very confusing. The customer service needs improvement.

This salon does a great job! They have a wide variety of colors. The nail technician is lovely, does beautiful work, and is very patient. Most importantly, the equipment is clean. Highly recommend! 👍

- Hand and Foot Spa (850 THB): This salon offers the best price for a hand and foot spa I've ever had. The process is similar to other places, but the difference is that they don't apply cream and wrap arms and legs with clear film for a while (maybe that's why it's cheaper). - Gel Nail Polish for Hands & Feet (750 THB): They have a huge selection of colors. The work is meticulous, and the color matches my choice. The nail trimming and cuticle removal for hands and feet were excellent. It wasn't painful at all, and there was no bleeding. - Gel Nail Polish Removal (Hands): 50 THB (I initially thought it would be free) because I had so many things done! They also have a loyalty card for discounts.

The spa promotion is great, with a wide variety of colors to choose from. The work is meticulous, and the technician is patient. 💅🏻
