It was quite nice and they took good care of me! Staff spoke English and ensured I was satisfied with my service. I also booked an hour or two in advanced, I got a spot but please book ! Amazing.

I'm giving 5 stars to prevent the salon from losing business opportunities, and this post won't be deleted, but the experience I had was 0 stars. I arrived at the salon at 3:15 PM, 15 minutes before my reservation. There was another customer getting their nails done. I waited without thinking much of it, as I usually understand that arriving early might mean there aren't any seats available. Once that customer finished, there was only one employee, and they didn't immediately clean the table, which is unhygienic and should be done before the next customer. There were other clean tables available, but the employee invited me to sit at the previous customer's table, which still had nail dust and debris on it. I felt uncomfortable from this point on. They should have cleaned up first, not made the customer sit amidst the nail debris and then said, "Let me clean up the dust first." The correct procedure should have been the opposite. Later, during the nail service, I must admit that about 4 of my nails were chipped. The employee said they might need repairs. I agreed and had no problem with that. But what worried me was the strong vibration during the nail filing process, which visibly flattened my previously beautifully shaped nails. After that, they added a nail strengthening layer. While understandable, the next step involved applying multiple layers of paint without any blending or shaping. The color was layered so thickly and bulging that there was no edge finishing or nail reshaping, resulting in nails that looked wide, thick, and unbalanced. I pointed out how bulging my nails looked, but the employee simply replied, "There are ways to make a top coat less bulging," and continued applying the polish without correcting or paying attention to detail. The problems encountered included: • Abnormally bulging nails • Uneven color • Unfinished nail edges • All small details overlooked All of this happened in a single visit. To be honest, I have naturally beautiful nails and care deeply about them, as they are one of the most important aspects of my body. I've been getting my nails done since before gel nails existed, and have been to many salons and tried various techniques, but I've never had such a terrible experience before. This is a deeply disappointing nail experience in terms of cleanliness, attention to detail, and work standards.

This is my go-to salon! I've been coming here for years and I wouldn't go to another salon. Each technician is incredibly meticulous and takes excellent care of my nails. They always advise me on what I should and shouldn't do, and they don't try to push unnecessary sales. They recommend things that aren't essential and are better suited to my nails. Most importantly, the polish is incredibly durable! It hasn't chipped at all; the longest I've ever left it on was about two months. I naturally have thin nails (genetically), and they rarely grow longer than my fingers, but since coming here, my nails have grown so long! Because they prepare my nails well and the polish adheres properly, my previously thin nails are thicker and more durable, preventing breakage. Lately, they've even grown so long that people think I have extensions (but they're my real nails!). Every time I get my nails done, people compliment me on how beautiful they are. I'm so happy! All the technicians and the admin are friendly, welcoming, and lovely. The salon is clean, the atmosphere is great, they use high-quality products, and the prices are reasonable. There's also parking available. I'm hooked! I'll be a long-term customer. ☺️
