I remember two customers who came for massages on Sunday, May 2nd, at 3 PM. 👉Question👉 Why did you change massage therapists mid-service?! This has happened twice now, and it's upsetting. I'll explain: While I was getting my massage, another customer came in, and for some unknown reason, the therapist who was massaging me took over and massaged the other customer! They brought in a woman with short hair (the one sitting at the cash register) to massage me instead. This has happened twice now. Do they think I'm easygoing, young, or unimportant? ❌No! I paid for the massage, the same price as everyone else. Why would a therapist stop massaging me and go to another customer when another comes in? I don't understand. And there was no explanation or notification before changing therapists. ❌Professionals don't do this. They don't cut corners or use underhanded tactics. ✅Customers aren't gods, but they pay for their services. Customers are customers. If there aren't enough staff or if something isn't possible, they should be upfront about it. 👌You're running a business and you want to break even. As customers, we want value for our money too.

Today I had the opportunity to visit "Chanphen Thai Massage" near the badminton court for a massage. I was very impressed from the moment I stepped inside. The atmosphere is quiet, clean, and private, perfect for true relaxation.

The staff were very rude to customers. I've been there many times and they never gave me a rating until recently. Even on my last visit for a massage, I had to remind them to give me the rating. Sometimes the massage wasn't even the full time; the masseuse said she was done even if there were only 10 minutes left. I won't be going back!

This is my third time getting a massage at this shop. It's so relaxing after a hard week's work. Although the shop isn't very big, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The masseuses are very skilled; I fell asleep all three times I came.

While waiting for my daughter's badminton lesson, I stop by here for a massage. The masseuse is kind and does exactly where I ask for focus. The shop smells wonderful; I even dozed off!
