This was my first time getting a massage here and I was very impressed. I came based on reviews and the masseuse, P'Malin, was excellent. She relieved my symptoms and made me feel very relaxed. I highly recommend her!

The atmosphere in the shop is great, relaxing, and clean. The masseuse, Kate, is excellent. I booked an aromatherapy massage. She hit every pressure point, from light to deep, and focused on specific areas – it was a truly relaxing and effective aromatherapy massage.

First of all, in the service industry, you must truly have a service-oriented mindset and be honest, not cheating on massage time. "I had a one-hour massage, starting at 9:25 PM and supposed to end at 10:25 PM, but the masseuse (short hair, wearing contact lenses) wanted to finish at 10:15 PM, leaving only 10 minutes. When I asked about it, she became annoyed, spoke rudely, and gave a poor massage. This isn't the first time this has happened; it's the second time. The first time was forgivable, but this time it's unacceptable. You can't take advantage of customers like this. I feel sorry for the business owner having an employee like this." Of course, the good masseuse was great; she gave a good massage, spoke well, and provided excellent service. I hope the business owner will address this issue. Thank you.
