Run away from this salon!!! It's so annoying. The salespeople will pester you to buy lots of courses, and when you tell them you don't use them much and will have a lot of credit left before it expires, they'll say, "We'll take care of it." Their "take care" is just trying to get you to renew your course repeatedly to extend its validity. In the end, I just abandoned my course because it was so irritating. They either tried to sell me more courses or products that weren't even good. There are so many better nail salons out there. Don't go there!!!!

He changed the shop name. No wonder I couldn't find any reviews when I first searched. I bought a course and now I'm being pressured to buy more. I don't want to throw away the course because I'd lose the money. I'm so annoyed! But the shop does have customers, probably people who stumbled in like me. There are a lot of staff, like a lot of customers. The massage and nail technicians are good; they're all skilled because they have to do everything from massages to nails. The bad part is the staff trying to sell courses; they use an old-fashioned, pushy method. It's awful.

In short, run away! Avoid Queen Beauty at all costs. I really want to report them to the authorities for investigation. I'll try submitting a complaint. They take advantage of customers terribly. A simple manicure and pedicure spa costs over 4000 baht.

When they were selling the promotion, they were so nice, complimenting me and chatting with me. But when it came time to actually do the service, this couldn't be done, that couldn't be done, without informing me during the sales pitch. Their attitude was terrible, the service was awful, they made faces, didn't answer questions, pretended not to hear. All the counter and reception staff were terrible. The only good one was the nail technician. I recommend you absolutely do not talk to or believe anything the sales staff say.
